How do I apply tinted moisturizer? 


To apply your tinted moisturizer, start with a freshly cleansed face. Apply toners, serums and other moisturizers that you wish to include in your skincare routine. Your tinted moisturizer will be your last step. Take an adequate amount of your tinted moisturizer and gently rub into your face starting at your cheeks and feathering outward. Can you over moisturize your face?
