This ultra-fine Metallic Powder makeup creates the ultimate in dramatic designs and effects. With 6 striking metallic shades available, the design possibilities are endless. APPLICATION:
Pour a small amount on a clean dry surface, apply with brush, sponge or finger. Can be combined with Mixing Liquid to form a water resistant vibrant liquid that dries completely. Dip brush and apply for desired effect.
